David C. Dupee, JD, CMRM

David has dedicated the past 15 years to helping doctors and small businesses thrive and remain compliant. After representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice and employment law cases, he decided to scratch his entrepreneurial itch and launch his first company focused on helping small businesses access startup capital. He worked closely on the first securities law exemption passed by a state legislature and subsequently helped several small businesses access a desperately needed new form of capital. His efforts were covered in New York Times and USA Today. David next went on to co-found his second company, a food and beverage manufacturing firm that has since grown to over 100 employees and was named local Small Business of the Year. As a small business owner, David understands the pressures facing many small independent medical practices. He is passionate about leveraging his background to help small private practices achieve sustainability through profitability and compliance. David is a Certified Medical Revenue Manager and graduate of Marquette University Law School and Davidson College.
